Change it up! Choose a number, do that workout.


Rather than supplying you with empty training templates to make your own workouts, this week I have listed some sample workouts. Not too sure of what to do? Have a friend call a number between 1-6, 1-10 or whatever. Choose that number- look across the rows- and those will be the chosen exercises of the day. Have fun!
